Ed has 15 years’ experience working in the fitness Industry. He has had a varied sports background for all of his life and still plays for Old Owens FC. His passion is for participating in the more extreme events such as marathons, Ultra marathons, Toughmudders and the infamous Tough Guy events. He also works as a Sports Coach at Lochinver House School in Potters Bar.
