Membership fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

During your obligation period, only in exceptional circumstances, such as injury, pregnancy, redundancy, or moving away are you allowed to terminate your membership. You must provide proof by written document for us to process the termination. We reserve the right to decline your application if we feel your proof of document is not accurate.

Our direct debit memberships are subject to one month’s written notice to cancel. If this is not received prior to the obligation date on your contract then your membership will continue with us on a monthly rolling basis until this is received.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the cancellation request has been received and actioned. Until you receive an email or letter acknowledging and confirming acceptance of the cancellation request, it is not valid.

We only allow members to freeze their membership in exceptional circumstances, such as redundancy, injury, or pregnancy. You must provide proof by written document for us to process the freeze. We reserve the right to decline your application if we feel your proof of document is not accurate.

During your obligation period you can transfer your Direct Debit membership to a friend or a relative who can then take over the remainder of your existing membership.

All members are required to show either their membership card or device with membership barcode to access the facilities. A photograph will be required on joining for identification purposes. Members may be refused entry into the club without a valid membership card or barcode.

There is a small charge to replace lost or stolen cards.

To attend classes you must book in to be guaranteed a space. You must comply with our time slots and if you attend at a later time you may be refused entry.

Please make every effort to advise the club if not attending a session. This will allow other customers to utilise the space.

We will write to inform you a minimum of two weeks before the introduction of any price increase. Please inform us if your personal details change e.g. address, telephone number, and email.

You must use all equipment and facilities in an appropriate manner and give safe regard to your own health and safety and to that if others.

We reserve the right to withdraw all or any part of our facilities for periods where we require them for exhibitions or in connection with repair, alteration or maintenance work. We also reserve the right to withdraw or change any publicised class list due to exceptional circumstance e.g. instructor sickness.

We accept no liability for lost or stolen goods whilst on our premises unless as a direct result of our negligence. Property is stored in locker at your own risk.

Cars parked in the vicinity and all contents in them are your responsibility and we will not accept any liability for loss or damage to them.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to use the facilities and you should inform us in writing or  a member of the fitness team if your health or any medical conditions/medications change. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure they use the facilities provided under this agreement.

Revive Fitness and Spa takes no responsibility for non-attendance and as such refunds will not be issued due to non-attendance.

Members must comply with condition of use throughout the facility relevant to each activity. Revive fitness and spa reserve the right to adjust or amend the terms and conditions of use. We reserve the right to cancel a membership if these conditions are not adhered to.
